Stronghold Builders

From September 2021 to February 2022, I had the pleasure of working with Stronghold Builders based in Livingston, TN. Despite being a young and relatively inexperienced crew, led by our slightly older boss, we managed to accomplish significant projects. We built a 40x60 pole barn, remodeled bathrooms, constructed a new porch, deconstructed an old house, and began its reconstruction. My responsibilities included completing project assignments and performing various duties assigned by my supervisor. I worked with a wide range of construction materials and equipment, gaining familiarity with building processes from initiation to completion. This experience taught me valuable lessons in problem-solving, persistence, and the importance of having an entrepreneurial and managerial mindset for running a successful business. Most importantly, I learned the value of a positive work culture and environment, which made every day enjoyable and motivated us all to look forward to coming to work.
